Cable

You can have the access to the Internet through the cable provider if there is an availability of the cable TV in your locality. The cable service uses the wires of your cable television programming. Depending upon the area and the service provider, you can have a good deal of bandwidth availability.

For those who have limited availability of the Internet, use of a bandwidth connection sharing could become an issue. So it is advisable to ask the cable provider about this before signing for a connection. A cable Internet is bit faster than DSL service. Also the cable Internet is less expensive than the DSL.

Satellite

Satellite Internet could be a more viable option available with you, if don't have either a cable or DSL Internet available. The speed of the satellite Internet is comparable to the other two services. This service also provides you the option to add satellite television service. The satellite Internet service is a good deal but is more expensive if you compare DSL Internet service and cable Internet service.
